Steve-O checked in for the Navegante out of Redondo Beach Sportfishing. Just giving you our full day wrap-up. We had 26 anglers today. We had good fishing. Started on the bottom, bottom fish. We had really good fishing on the big reds and chuckleheads, stuff like that, and a bunch of other miscellaneous rockfish. Limits of big reds and 12 nice lingcod up to about 18 pounds, some whitefish and stuff like that thrown in for good measure. And we finished it up in the shallows, and we ended up catching a 22-pound sea bass to wrap our day up. Calico bass and a sheephead and a blue perch, stuff like that, in the shallow water. But we managed to put on one nice sea bass towards the end of the trip. Really, really nice weather and a fun group of guys. Mike has the latest fish report for you below!

We ended up with 3 white seabass, 1 halibut, limits of reds, a few calico bass, some assorted rockfish, and 1 nice lingcod. We are seeing good signs. Steven from the Navagante checked in from Redondo Beach Sportfishing. A full load of people, left the dock with a full load of folks here on our full day. Great island fishing, we fished deep water all day. It was really, really good bottom fishing, lots of whitefish mixed in with it, lots of big reds. All the assorted bottom critters, 3 nice lingcod, a few sculpin, sheephead, stuff like that. But really, really good fishing today. A little bumpy on the way across this morning, but it's straightened out to be a really, really nice day on the water. Nice group of folks, and we ended up, like I said, just filling the bags up with really, really good quality stuff here today for the guys. Steven has the latest fish report for you below.

Ryan called in from the Pescador out of Redondo Beach Sportfishing. We fished Santa Barbara Island and the Kidney Bank. Very very good rock fishing, with family friendly fun here fishing 400 to 600 feet. Finished up with just shy of limited of reds to 8 or 9 pounds and a really nice mix of assorted critters after that. Look forward to seeing you guys on the boat here.
