Steven checked in for the Navegante from Redondo Beach. We are getting in from our 2-Day trip. We spent the first day almost entirely surface fishing and had really, really good calico bass fishing. We looked at some game fish and hooked a couple, but we never put one on the boat the first day. At the end of the first day, we ended up doing some bottom fishing just to round out the bags. We caught really nice, big reds and all the other miscellaneous bottom stuff you could ask for to finish up day one. On day two, we did a little bit of the same. We fished a different island, and had a couple of nice halibut and one big yellowtail. We also caught a couple of nice big lingcod, and lots of big reds and rockfish to round out day two. It was a fun group of guys, and the weather cooperated. Steven has the latest fish report for you below.

Mike checked in for the Navegante from Redondo Beach. We left last night on an overnight charter with 7 anglers. We decided to make some squid. It was tough for us but we managed to get enough for a few rounds. Conditions were decent here at the island. We managed to put one nice seabass some nice lings, and other odds and ends. The weather just got nicer throughout the day. We saw a little sign of yellowtail that wanted nothing to do with us. We are all set and our guys are going home with fish.

We had a half-day AM, 17 anglers. Limits of rockfish, 170 for 17 anglers. Seemed like these fish wanted a bite. For the Redondo special. Mike has the full report for you below.
We have the Pescador Cinco de Mayo special, $115. That is on Cinco de Mayo. You guys want to come check us out? Knocking down a little bit of the cost there. Captain's special type of deal. Also Navegante, we got an overnight, overnight. Leaving Wednesday the 13th, fishing the 14th overnight. We have some open party day and a half towards the end of the month. If you guys are interested and are doing a little bit of multi-day on the Navegante, the end of the month, we got a trip here leaving Monday the 25th, fishing the 26th.
