Hey, good evening there, guys. Mike here from the Navegante, giving you guys a wrap-up report. Very nice day of fishing here for our 20 guys, open party, reverse day and a half. The weather was absolutely good. Enjoyed the nice weather, finally, after the big blowout. Overall, we ended up with a limit to rockfish, nice quality rockfish for our guys. We did end up with one nice halibut, one for maybe three. We tried to make some squid last night for you guys, but our friends, our furry friends weren't cooperating, weren't helping us out. It was a mess. But overall, we put a nice day together.
We do have another open party trip next Friday, fishing reverse, leaving the 11th, fishing the 12th, Friday leaving at noon. Coming back Saturday in the evening, if you guys want to join us, let's see what the weather does. But other than that, water was cold, but we did not capitalize on a gamefish. We did see some really good sign, or whatever it's worth. We just couldn't get a bite on that. Like I said, ended up with one halibut, one for three. But other than that there, guys, if you guys want to join us, keep an eye on our reservations, call the Landing Redondo Sport Fishing, or book online. And if not, if you guys want to join the Pescador full day, five days a week right now, guys, full day fishing Santa Barbara Island. If you guys want to come on a full day, same thing, call Redondo Sport Fishing. All right.

The weather looks like it's going to back off after midnight tonight. We're going fishing. The first day and a half, this one's sold out. Hey, good afternoon, guys. Captain Ryan with the Pescador Outer Redondo Beach Sport Fishing here. Just calling to check in. We have plenty of room on our first week of rockfishing there. April 1st, we're looking for just a couple more to get the boat off the dock. We will run light. And then that first weekend, we have plenty of space available as well, 8 or 10 spots per trip.
We're going to be fishing Santa Barbara Island, or up towards the Channel Islands there on a couple of those faraway banks. For those of you guys that are into deepwater rock fishing and big lingcod, bring out your big swim baits, big lead, and make sure you're ready to rock and roll. Mike checked for the Navegante out of Redondo Sportfishing. We are getting ready for this rockfish opener, which is around the corner. Just want to remind you guys that the Navegante has a reverse 1.5-Day, leaving Friday the 11th at noon returning Saturday at 7 p.m. We currently have five reservations with plenty of room for you! Also reminding you guys, we have the Pescador Full-Day rockfish opener on April 1st fishing deepwater cod. There are currently five reservations for this trip, but if we get a few more, we'll make it a go. Looks like the long-term weather is going to cooperate for the rockfish opener. We want to see you guys on our boats. Come check it out! We're excited, and over this maintenance stuff repairing boats. We're ready to rock here and ready to take you guys fishing.
